• "Employer" refers to any individual or entity that posts a job listing through the Service.
• "Job Seeker" refers to any individual who browses or applies to job listings on the Service.
• "User" refers to any visitor of the website, whether an Employer, Job Seeker, or casual visitor.
• "Listing" refers to a job advertisement published through the Service.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. Job Listings

4.1 Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for the content of their Listings. All Listings must comply with applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws. Listings must accurately represent the role, compensation, location, and working conditions.

4.2 Listing Review

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any Listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to Listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4.3 No Employment Guarantee

ItaliaTechJobs is a job advertising platform. We do not guarantee employment or the accuracy of any Listing. We are not a party to any employment relationship between Employers and Job Seekers.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

Listing fees are displayed on our pricing page and are quoted in Euros (EUR). All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Paddle. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.3 Refund Policy

Once a Listing has been published, fees are non-refundable. If a Listing has not yet been published, you may request a full refund by contacting us within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is the property of ItaliaTechJobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Employers retain ownership of the content they submit in their Listings but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ItaliaTechJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ItaliaTechJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other Users, or third parties.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
